Job Description

Position : Team Lead/Architect

Experience : 8+ Years

Work Location : Onsite

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments:You would need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in child welfare technology, including emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Managing projects:You would manage projects from inception to completion, including setting project goals, developing project plans, and overseeing the work of the development team.
  • Collaborating with child welfare professionals:You would work closely with social workers, child welfare professionals, and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of both the agency and the families they serve.
  • Leading a team of developers and designers: You would be responsible for managing a team of professionals who design, develop, and maintain technology solutions for child welfare agencies.
  • Overall, your main goal as a team lead/architect with child welfare experience would be to design and implement technology solutions that improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families, while also supporting the work of child welfare agencies and professionals.
  • Evaluating system performance:You would be responsible for evaluating the performance of technology solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing technical support:You would be responsible for providing technical support to child welfare professionals and agency staff, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies:You would be responsible for ensuring that technology solutions comply with child welfare regulations and policies, such as HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
  • Developing and implementing technology solutions:You would be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that support child welfare case management, such as systems for tracking and monitoring child safety, managing case documentation, and connecting families with necessary services and resources.

Skillsets:

  • Deep understanding of child welfare policies, procedures, and best practices. They would be able to collaborate effectively with child welfare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the needs of both the agency and the families they serve.
  • Knowledge of relevant technology platforms and software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with child welfare laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that support child welfare case management, such as systems for tracking and monitoring child safety, managing case documentation, and connecting families with necessary services and resources.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Dedication to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
