Team Lead Consultant (Saas)

Job title: Team Lead Consultant

Leadership and Management:

• Recruit, coach and empower Consultants.
• Participate in team development including onboarding, career development, and performance management.
• Develop and expand talent through effective mentoring, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Foster a positive team culture, including one of performance and accountability.
• Validate technical proposals & estimations.
• Work with Sales to assist with technical pre-sales activities.
• Define a vision for the coming year based on the global strategy and set the associated actions into place.
• Be part of the consultant peer circle and help identify improvements and processes on a global scale.

Delivery:

Own and drive the overall achievement of your team’s KPIs.

Organize the delivery team's schedules:

Handle conflicts, escalations and scope changes

Liaise with international delivery teams for international projects.

Own customer implementation projects yourself (if you have a team < 6)

Monitor the progress of projects, participate if needed in follow-up meetings with clients and track production and sign-off of deliverables.

Interface with both the clients and the project teams.

Improve the implementation of tools, methods, and processes and ensure they are used.

Job requirements

• Successful client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience, with demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers.
• A client-centric mindset as you consider their long and short-term needs.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience handling customer escalations.
• Experience managing a team with a proactive spirit.
• Interest in leveraging data, analytics, and automation to drive ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You have previous client-side experience in financial services.

You can switch contexts quickly and easily and are skilled in managing multiple priorities at the same time.
