About Our Client
Our client is a community bank that offers personal and business banking services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the BSA/OFAC Officer in conducting bank-wide risk assessment for BSA & OFAC on an annual basis.
• Assist in Overseeing the Bank's customer identification program (CIP), customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) requirements for customers.
• Research FinCEN 314a lists bi-weekly.
• Assist the BSA/OFAC Officer in conducting & monitoring the Bank's BSA/AML/OFAC training for all staff that requires initial or periodic training.
• Oversee OFAC alerts and customer screening
• Assist the BSA/OFAC Officer in developing and maintaining a comprehensive assessment and up to date program to ensure ongoing compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering, and OFAC regulations.
• Handle FinCEN 314b inquiries
• Ensure that monetary instruments, ACH activity, and wire transfers are adequately monitored for potential suspicious activity.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of AML experience.
