Artlist, a market-leading creative technology company is opening its first office in the US and we’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our Sales Department.
As the first hire for our US office, this is a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated sales lead to make a real impact and help to build the Artlist office in New York from scratch.
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for participating in hiring, growing, and developing a team of Account Executives by providing expert sales knowledge, coaching, and training. The Team Lead will also be expected to show the way by working hands-on to build and improve our sales processes.
Artlist is looking for a self-motivated person with high social intelligence and natural leadership, who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about success. The Sales Team Lead will also work closely with our Director of Sales and the rest of the Sales Group, based in the Tel Aviv office.
Wake up for this:
- Assisting with onboarding and building onboarding materials
- Start relevant sales initiatives to strengthen the team and the department
- Supporting and coaching each Account Executive on the sales deals and challenges they may face
- Helping build additional sales processes and infrastructure flows (e.g. new software integrations with Salesforce, sales training collateral, etc)
- Creating relevant sales collateral based on our value proposition and industry needs
- Managing and leading a team of Account Executives.
- Carrying the team quota and achievements QoQ
- Setting up the US office from scratch
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3+ years of SaaS sales management experience
- Ability to build strong personal relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- BA required and MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must have SAAS/tech experience
- Experience with sales software such as Salesforce, Salesloft.
- Must have 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (especially closing new business)
- Base salary plus commission offered
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A self-starter who’s result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with an ability to establish credibility with senior executives
- Leadership skills (and to not be afraid to hop on a call and show the way)
- This position has a base salary range of $120,000 to $180,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
