Senior Workplace Operations Manager

As the Workplace Experience and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the way employees experience working for Wix in the U.S. Your ultimate goal is to make Wix a great company to work for, whether it’s through establishing our local footprint in an office, planning and executing engagement activities, providing support to various business functions or developing working processes.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and site managers to understand their business goals and how to deliver workplace experience strategies that support them.
• Partner with multiple functions and teams (both locally and globally) including Finance, Legal, HR, Design, Communications, Business Operations and Customer Support. You will also be in charge of maintaining relationships with multiple vendors.
• Lead a New York based team of Workplace Experience and Operations professionals guiding them through the management of day-to-day operations and how to problem solve on-the-go. You’ll also help them grow and develop their career path through motivation, mentorship and coaching.
• Travel to our other locations in the U.S on a quarterly basis.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, leveraging limited resources creatively and thoughtfully.

Qualifications:

• You’re resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced, (often ambiguous) tech environment
• You’re passionate about project or program management, and are always thinking about ways to improve processes
• You think of the bigger picture but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the small tasks.
• You’re comfortable in leadership roles - building relationships and taking ownership
• You have at least 5 years experience in either project management or business operations with at least 2 years experience in people management
• You’ve managed large scale initiatives, including budget management and execution
• You’re a team player who is naturally collaborative with others
• Bonus points if you have experience working in facilities/office management and have successfully delivered events or employee engagement activities

About The Team

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

Approximate base compensation $120,000-$135,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
