Must Have’s (make sure these are on the resume, in the company descriptions, not just at the top in the summary) • 5 – 9 years of e-Commerce experience in website operations, digital production management, digital content, digital production projects… • Experience with content management systems (CMS systems) and migrating from one CMS systems to another • Candidates MUST come from e-Commerce companies like : “THE GAP”, or NIKE, or “Banana Republic”, “Williams Sanoma”, “Restoration Hardware” or other clothing companies or online companies that sell fashion products, or beaty or clothing or home products…etc… In this role, you will be responsible for driving results through the implementation, execution, and management of digital production projects, focusing on migrating digital content from one CMS tool to another. Your technical abilities and client focus allow you to build a top of class font-end experience. Your role collaborates with the following teams: Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, IT, Merchandising, Creative, and Client Experience. This role will report to the Senior Producer. Detailed responsibilities are: • The on-time, on-strategy, high-quality digital execution and migration of marketing campaigns, and other site updates using our content management system • Provide support for the digital production team on content development projects related to a variety of executional site needs • Use a variety of tools to power the front-end experience and partner with Producers to optimize experiences • Maintain understanding of site standards, functionality, and available resources to quickly diagnose best course of action for project execution – partner closely with IT to resolve issues and assist in building new functionality • Works with cross-functional teams to mitigate issues related to delivery and escalates critical issues to relevant stakeholders. Provides input to Producers on the development of alternative solutions • Responsible for clear communication across cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project milestones, decisions, status, and delivery • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues with digital content and/or product set up • Manage production approval process with cross-functional teams as necessary • Manage other projects as needed • QA site content and launches daily and provide signoff for content release We would love to hear from you if… • Have 3 - 5 years of eCommerce experience in website operations • Knowledge and experience with content management systems (CMS) • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy • Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects, people, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Mastery of Microsoft Office and workflow processes • Understanding of digital landscape and consumer mindset
