Job Summary:
As a Website Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of website projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a project management mindset and previous website platform owner experience. You will manage all aspects of the flagship website for Belden Inc. including strategy, improvement projects, roadmaps, and site maintenance. Success in this position requires delivering an engaging customer experience across Belden’s digital properties. The experience should amplify the company brand and align to the companies’ business goals and initiatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for general site maintenance, site uptime, run/maintain support; regular CMS upgrades and break/fixes
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project risks and issues. Take appropriate actions to minimize their impact on delivery
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality and technical sound websites. Conduct regular reviews to identify and address any issues
  • Lead UAT, track issues and ensure issues are resolved
  • Lead and manage interactions with business stakeholders including understanding business challenges and gathering requirements
  • Manage overall project plan and all phases of delivery including analysis and design, build, testing and deployment
  • Prioritize support tickets, improvement projects and general maintenance
  • Effectively communicate business objectives and goals to partner agency; work with agency to develop creative solutions to solve business challenges
  • Identify, document, analyze and challenge business processes to ensure project meets business objectives
  • Create processes and governance around updates, design/UX content and feature requests
  • Act as Sitecore subject matter expert for content entry, UAT and knowledge of work required to build out Sitecore components developed by our partners
  • Provide digital marketing support, guidance and best practices to marketing and sales teams
  • Serve as an intermediary between agency partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Communicating project timelines, deliverables budget and action items to each
  • Coordinate project resources (associates and partners/contractors) to ensure project are in alignment with business objectives and budget
  • Support and enhance existing web applications to deliver an exceptional user experience


Required Skills and Experience
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical language to optimize developer’s working process
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors
  • Must have extensive experience with content management systems and working with website integrations, plugins, and APIs
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders; providing guidance, strategy, and recommendations in the digital space
  • Experience rolling out digital best practices for a global company
  • Effectively able to identify, clarify and communicate vision, objectives for website and requirements and how these support Belden’s shared strategic objectives
  • Ability to work and communicate across functions to achieve results
  • Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in website development projects
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Sitecore experience preferred
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with ability to work autonomously
