TOPS is looking for a Website and Client Setup Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert and project guide for our clients, property management companies and homeowner associations, as they prepare to launch their resident-facing site. You’ll be joining a tightly-knit team of seven to support our clients, and you’ll get trained and will be able to start contributing promptly. This role is remote-eligible but with a preference for someone in the Dallas, TX area.

Collect client and communication information, including setup specifications and logos. You will discuss needs for API integrations and other software feature options at this point as well.
Once you get everything needed, there’s a goal to go-live within four weeks.
Manage API setup and/or resident list import and troubleshoot issues with the client and team members, if needed. Set up client websites and translate their needs into strategies that work within our proprietary content management system. No technical skills required – this is upload, plug, and play.
Provide weekly status reports to clients on project progress and maintain excellent client relationships with consistent follow-ups.
Schedule and perform an online training session to guide the client through their website prior to launch and make any additional changes based on that review.
Once launched, conduct periodic online training sessions for website admins on how to use the software.
