Overview A Remote Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients remotely. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and responding to customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description The Remote Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients remotely. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support to clients.
