Position Summary:
Primary owner of the TopBuild website ecosystem, a portfolio of corporate and light lead development sites built over time based on acquisitions and consolidations. Strategic ownership of the long-term process of CMS consolidation and tactical ownership of individual site and feature projects.
Primary functions:
  • Manage ongoing consolidated CMS Migration strategy & implementation
    • Prioritize and roadmap sites
    • Project manage on site level in coordination with developers and IT
    • Work with key teams to redesign and launch, sunset and/or migrate sites
    • Evaluate new M+A sites and add to core plan, documentation & assign status and milestones

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of and hands-on management of Google Analytics
  • Experience owning and updating public-facing websites
  • Strong project management and cross-functional working relationships
  • Comfort with large portfolio of sites
  • Comfort with data, financials and performance analysis
  • Former Business Analyst or Website Manager experience
  • Experience managing Marketing agencies, IT teams and web developers
  • Direct development experience not necessary but experience with various popular CMS a plus
  • Strong experience and rapport with field teams
Logistical Details:
  • 40 hours per week, hybrid work schedule – 3 days office, 2 days remote
  • Minimal travel required
  • Daytona Beach, FL or Houston, TX preferred.
  • Remote location considered for the right candidate
