Nelson Connects is immediately hiring an experienced, talented, and professional Wealth Advisor Admin Assistant for a financial organization located in Santa Rosa, CA.

As a Wealth Advisor Admin Assistant your role is to provide professional support to wealth advisors to financial planners. It is vital to assist the Advisors with their day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations occur.

Compensation Range hour: $25.00-$32.00

Job Details

• Support with data entry of client accounts from old system to new system
• Schedule: MON - FRI 8-5 - flexible
• First person to greet clients coming in for meetings. Greet with respect, dignity and diplomacy.
• Provide administrative assistant duties to Wealth Advisor.:
• Assist in Money transfers, expense tracking, prepare reports, etc.
• Follow the KYC and AML procedures, bank secret policies, and state compliances.
• Dress Code: Business Professional
• Deliver strong customer service, maintain regular communications with clients.
• Conduct Audit data being transferred from the old system to the new system for accuracy.
• Supporting 3 advisors in the Santa Rosa offices as well as working with remote team members.
• Calendaring, schedule appointments, organizing meetings and handling all correspondence, preparing reports, summarizing portfolios.
• Must have: Banking industry experience with banking systems experience.
• Support setting up new accounts, build, maintain strong relationships with clients and Advisors.
• Length of Assignment: Temp to hire.
• Maintain clients' files and documentation, ensuring efficiency and up-to-date updates.
• Assist with prepping coffee and conference room set up.
