Associate Wealth Advisor Jobs

The Associate Wealth Advisor will work closely with Senior Wealth Advisors and serve as the strategic liaison in helping to identify ultra high net worth prospects.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with tax and estate planning professionals in the process of supporting thebusiness development process.
• Qualify leads received from lead generators and other sources, follow-up on activity,client profiling, and set up meetings.
• Develop strategies with Senior Wealth Advisors and Regional Directors for local and outof town events.
• Travel as needed to conferences and client meetings as needed.
• Oversee the coordination of Analysts on all prospect analyses and presentationpreparations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Will be trained and expected to become proficient in asset allocation modeling,investment portfolio analysis, fixed income portfolio analysis, tax transition portfolioanalysis.
• Will be responsible for using proprietary and licensed software and databases tocapture activity and progress of sales opportunities for the territory.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Series 7 and 66 needed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Candidate must be goal-oriented, proactive, and a motivated self-starter.
• Ideally two to four years of prior experience in Financial Services, with some exposure toPrivate Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or relatedfield.
• MBA required; CFA preferred.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM technology.

The base salary range for this position is ($75,000.00 - $156,000.00). Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance.
