Job Description
Job Details
  • Shifts Available: Days- 8 hours. 40 hours/week
  • Location: Onsite, San Francisco
  • Pay: $21 to $29 per hour
  • Length of contract: 4 months
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
  • Handles confidential and non-routine information.
  • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Answers phones. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEO’s, Directors, and Managers.
  • Types correspondence.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
Experience
  • 1+ years of Administrative experience.
