Wardrobe Attendant Jobs

Oversee main functions of uniform retrieval for employees. Assist distribute uniforms to employees. Prepare uniforms for cleaning. Place clean uniforms in designated areas. Maintain organization of uniforms, Wardrobe lockers and Wardrobe floor. Identify uniforms in need of repair.

Responsibilities:

• Identify uniforms that need to be replaced or repaired
• Operate computer system portals and perform data entry as required to perform tasks
• Take full laundry carts and hanger rack to loading dock and replace with empty carts and racks, as required
• Make employee name-plates, nametags and other badges as assigned
• Close out lockers as instructed
• Information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.100%
• Conduct quality control on all uniforms by conducting detailed inspections of uniforms
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
• Oversee Portal operation to ensure a speedy check out process
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
• Maintain a clean wardrobe area, which includes the wardrobe portal, lobby, locker rooms, break room, etc
• Distribute appropriate uniforms to employees in a timely manner
• Check-in clean uniforms from cleaners
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform tasks as required to send soiled uniforms to cleaners
• Audit all areas to verify proper uniform placement
• Place clean and/or repaired uniforms in designated locations
• Move/transport all wardrobe related items throughout wardrobe areas as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older
• Experience working in a customer service industry preferred but not required

The pay rate for this role is $15.96
