Summary
Performs all methods of cookery, portion control, and garnish all dishes in accordance with the standards set by the Club. Through teamwork assist other members of department in achieving departmental vision and goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Sets-up service units with all necessary items.
• Covers, dates, and stores all food neatly and in accordance with standards.
• Prepares and carves all items in the presence of member/guest upon their requests.
• Provides outstanding service to members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keeps all equipment clean during the assigned shift and prior to the next shift.
• Cooks all carving meats/items to specific recipe instructions and within accordance to company standards.
• Maintains a motivated and positive approach throughout shift.
• Maintains high standards in the quality of food production to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the buffets and kitchen at all times.
• Assists Sous Chefs with banquet and function needs.
