Traffic Coordinator Jobs

To support the operations team, Keytrade North America Inc is looking for a Traffic Manager, based in Tampa Florida.

Position's Responsibilities:

• Adhering to intercompany business process to ensure company standards and requirements are fulfilled
• Monitoring of loading and discharge operations in coordination with agents and surveyors
• Sending of documentary instructions to suppliers, ship agents, inspection or insurance companies and ensuring the timely issuance of documents
• Monitoring ETAs for all barges, trucks/rail and ships, and ETCs for all transfers assigned to the location.
• Managing barge and warehouse operations and ensuring local/state customs/reporting procedures are fulfilled
• Entering, updating, and finalizing contracts, shipments, and invoices in the ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Executing contracts of products traded by Keytrade North America Inc and affiliated companies
• Nomination of vessels to suppliers, terminals and receivers and acceptance of vessels after successful vetting by all parties
• Monitor accounts receivable and payment of accounts payable
• Appointing surveyors for the inspection of vessels and products to be loaded/discharged, analyzing surveyor’s findings, and taking corrective measures in case of irregularities
• Processing payments for product, freight, demurrage, and all miscellaneous logistic services.
• Contact person for clients in terms of logistic matters

Position's Requirements:

• Exceptional organization skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions
• Self-starter, reliable and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of and experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc)
• Familiar with barge/truck/rail operations and international transport documentation
• Good team player, dedicated and flexible
• Proven work experience in logistics
• Skillfully gather and analyze information
• English (written & spoken fluently), Spanish is a plus
