As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking to add a new position of VP of Program Management.

Reporting to the CIO, the VP – Global Program and IT Product Management will be responsible for the overall identification and delivery of strategic projects that transform the Company and deliver its strategic vision.

The role will work with the senior management team to identify potential initiatives, define the scope, objectives, and business case for each initiative. The role will work with the senior management team to agree priorities across the organization and ensure that approved projects are aligned to meeting the Company’s strategic goals

Here’s What This Position Is All About

• Product Delivery: Develop multi-year Product Roadmaps for third party business applications (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.). Working with suppliers to deliver required business functionality within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Budget Management: Create a multi-year capital and expense budget and manage overall Project Portfolio costs within budget.
• Lead and Develop Project / Product Management Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project and product managers. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Model Service Express’ People Powered culture and the Service Express Way!
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships for strategic IT partners including contract negotiation, SLA management, value creation, etc.
• Project Methodology: Develop the appropriate project methodology and deliverables to successful manage small, medium, and large projects, ensuring that the methodology is practical and adds value to the delivery process.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the project / product lifecycle.
• Product Selection: Conduct product evaluations with business teams to understand business requirements, product functionality, vendor capabilities and services, costs, etc.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain project governance and provide regular status reporting to executive leadership and project teams. Create project metrics and KPI’s to demonstrate effective project delivery and provide information for continuous process improvement.
• Project Delivery: Manage several projects across the Company achieving project scope, timeline, budget, with a high level of customer satisfaction and delivering the expected business value.
• Strategic Project Portfolio Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize project initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives. The Project Portfolio should provide a multi-year view of project initiatives.

What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:

• Experience: 10-15 years of project / business
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the project / product team
• Success in leveraging IT frameworks and best practices
• Expertise in budget planning and financial management
