Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in Sterling Heights. Our client is a metal components and manufacturing machine shop. The Program Manger is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various projects and other strategic initiatives throughout an organization. .
Responsibilities Of a Program Manager Includes

• Manage fixtures, check aids and gages kick off and availability to the Manufacturing team.
• Manage progress of tooling, material, and parts flow on the IJHI shop floor.
• Manage customer charge backs and de- escalate charge back Situations.
• Maintain a roster of supplier and manage supplier on Quality, Delivery KPls. Release accurate data to suppliers. Penalize suppliers in case of missed {PIs.
• Review CAD data for various releases and manage engineering changes with the extended team. Maintain customer portals with requested information on packaging, timing, APQP shipment, USMCA documentation.
• Monitor project status adheres to budget and timing and quality standards.
• Publish KPIs data to quality department to publish the monthly charts
• Problem solving to help produce product faster, easier and at less cost.
• Order Material or any other components needed to support the project.
• Review specifications and order alternate material in case of material unavailability.
• Manage and deescalate issues that may arise during the life of the project.

Job Requirements Of a Program Manager
At least 2-3 years experience in Program Management.
Must be experienced with CAD.
REQUIRED Experience And Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college; or equivalent in years of experience .
