Job Duties:
The GM/Sales Director is responsible for developing growth in revenues within the distributor channel for their Lighting and Retail Technology portfolio to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals, overseeing daily and long -term actives in the North American market.
- Developing market plans
- Leading and supporting the strategic planning of scalable long-term growth in the US market
- Maintain existing accounts.
- Day to day management of the company as well as the overall financial reporting and accounting
- Further develop the domestic distribution and service channels
- Conduct bi-weekly performance reviews with the sales team and distribution partners.
- Managing and developing a team to support strategic ambitions.
- Managing and developing a team to support strategic ambitions.
- Financially securing the P/L and running of the business
- Exploring new segments for finding new external partners and end customers
Requirements: IND-PGH
- Successful experience building a local go to market strategy and corporate sales plan to building and growing a sales channel, in addition to managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- Relevant formal education on University level or equivalent work life experience
- Responsible of the budget with both distributors and customer forecasting
- Experience of scaling up global business in the local market
- 5+ years of sales experience and senior leadership roles
- Traveling to and from customer locations will be required.
