The VP of Operations role for an early-stage rapidly growing biotech company in Redwood, CA would be a crucial position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. As the VP of Operations, your primary responsibility would be to ensure the smooth functioning of various departments within the organization.

You would work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth, ensuring that the company is able to scale effectively as it progresses. Key duties would include managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience

Biotech experience is preferred

Exp working under pressure, wearing multiple hats is a MUST

Work at the GROWTH companies exp is a MUST. You will be an instrumental person in helping to grow this company

Startup experience work is a MUST

Tech savvy

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent Project Management and Product Management skills.
