We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Leader to join our company in the Oil & Gas space. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all aspects of the company's operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our production facilities while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the operations team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Conduct reservoir and geologic studies to optimize production and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's production environments.
• Manage and control budgets for production facilities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Lead long-term facility planning, including capital cost estimating.
• Oversee the refinery operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee oil and gas production, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• Implement and manage cyclic steam and steam flood operations.
• Manage and maintain all necessary permits, NOIs, AORs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Familiarity with reservoir and geologic studies.
• Demonstrated experience in long-term facility planning and capital cost estimating.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the oil&gas industry.
• Experience in managing and maintaining permits, NOIs, AORs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in oil and gas production, including cyclic steam and steam flood operations.
• Proven experience in controlling budgets for production facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
