Position Summary:

We are seeking an extraordinary, entrepreneurial, and energetic full-time Vice President Marketing to join this fun and growing team! You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing for this well known full service restaurant group from brand marketing to campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define growth and expansion strategy in alignment with Operations and Product
• Leverage on & offline brand marketing campaigns for the continuous development and increasing awareness of a unique brand
• Establish a transparent, ongoing marketing visibility process, keeping all stakeholders informed about relevant topics
• Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities, both conventional and digital media
• Develop marketing strategies and core messages for the overall brand. Plan, organize, and implement marketing communication and activities
• Oversee all data analysis and reports regarding the efficiency of our growth measurements as well as the identification and implementation of further optimization plans
• Work closely with the CEO to define the Marketing strategy, set clear priorities and measurable goals for the department, define the investment and resources requirements to achieve our goals and objectives
• Development and implementation of a business-orientated and sustainable marketing strategy in line with the vision and identification of new growth opportunities across various marketing functions.
• Full ownership for the marketing budget, defining the right budget across multiple channels, resource planning, and steering KPIs with the accountability to drive maximum ROI.

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Strong excitement for growing business as well as providing leadership to do so and strategically push the company’s goals forward
• Global knowledge of a solid brand marketing mix, especially branding, content marketing, social media & influencer marketing, PR & collaborations with other brands
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset: do-as-I-do with a hint of pragmatism and get-stuff-done mentality, empowering, enabling, and engaging teams to become autonomous, fast-decision making, self-motivated and engaged members of the company
• Minimum 10+ years in full-scale marketing and overseeing major strategies and campaigns, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Creative problem-solving skills: out-of-the-box, pragmatic and quick solutions supporting both management and engineering teams to remove any obstacles and ensure continuous progress
• Innovative mind: the ability to explore and identify new opportunities that help solve complex business issues, further differentiates the company and services, accelerates growth, or provides significant cost optimizations through automation
