As our VP of Market Expansion, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission and promoting our culture through your leadership and vision. You will lead a team of 30+ directors, managers, recruiters and salespeople, providing them with guidance, training and career development. In collaboration with executive leadership, you will set the strategy for our expansion into new markets and ensure that we provide the highest quality service to our clients all over the U.S.


VP of Market Expansion Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic input to executive leadership on new market expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution on all opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership team to ensure that recruiting and sales strategies in newer markets are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 30+ managers and individual contributors
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget and drive revenue growth within each vertical and geographic market
  • Develop and implement best practices for recruiting, sales, and client relationship management across all teams


VP of Market Expansion Requirements:


  • Proven ability to drive results and meet revenue targets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 15+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry and 10+ years of management experience
  • Experience developing perm search strategies and managing the execution of high-volume temp projects
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing high-performing teams of recruiters and salespeople
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple offices/regions and opening new markets
  • Willingness to travel to each market (Chicago, Dallas, Nashville) twice/quarter
  • Prior recruiting and sales experience in most or all of LaSalle’s business verticals, including accounting & finance, management resources, supply chain, human resources, marketing, sales, administrative, call center, healthcare revenue cycle and technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
