- Provide strategic input to executive leadership on new market expansion
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution on all opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership team to ensure that recruiting and sales strategies in newer markets are aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 30+ managers and individual contributors
- Manage a multi-million-dollar budget and drive revenue growth within each vertical and geographic market
- Develop and implement best practices for recruiting, sales, and client relationship management across all teams
- Proven ability to drive results and meet revenue targets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 15+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry and 10+ years of management experience
- Experience developing perm search strategies and managing the execution of high-volume temp projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing high-performing teams of recruiters and salespeople
- Prior experience overseeing multiple offices/regions and opening new markets
- Willingness to travel to each market (Chicago, Dallas, Nashville) twice/quarter
- Prior recruiting and sales experience in most or all of LaSalle’s business verticals, including accounting & finance, management resources, supply chain, human resources, marketing, sales, administrative, call center, healthcare revenue cycle and technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
