Job Description
We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. NEEDS
  • Create and manage LinkedIn business account
  • Mailchimp
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (with follow up emails / calls)
  • Instagram
  • Google Office Suite
  • Platforms:
  • LinkedIn
  • Create a list of synagogues in North America and have client approve them
  • Hand off warm leads to client
  • Canva
  • Do various projects as needed
  • Compile previous clients in a spreadsheet
  • Create and manage monthly newsletter
  • Facebook
  • Reach out to synagogues with fliers
  • Layout and schedule social media posts
Requirements
  • Experience in sales / BD (a plus)
  • Type A
  • Experience in social media (a must)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Interest / passion for body positivity (a must)
  • Intuitively organized
  • Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • 5 hours per week
  • Proactive
