Podcast And Project Coordinator 5 Hours Per Week (Ic-Hb)

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Management

• Post podcast information and create audiograms for promotional use
• Extract and post relevant snippets from podcasts for website content

Book Launch Assistance

• Provide organizational and promotional support for upcoming book launch

Calendar Management

• Oversee and manage 3 separate calendars, alerting client of double-bookings, impending deadlines, and urgent tasks

Project Support

• Handle various projects as they arise, ensuring timely and accurate completion

Reminder and Deadline Monitoring

• Keep track of the podcast schedule and related deadlines, sending reminders as necessary

Platforms and Tools

• DropBox
• Google Office Suite
• Wix
• Canva
• YouTube

Requirements

• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with potential for increased availability
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating via email and text
• Type A personality with a proactive approach to tasks
• A strong interest or passion for the well-being and support of working moms is essential
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager is a must
• Intuitively organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Candidates who favor communication through email and text are highly preferred
