Vie Contract - Regional Indirect Buyer

Context:

Pursue the of the re-launch of the Purchasing function to support the growth of the business for North and Latin America

Mission:

• Regular update and communication to management through weekly, monthly and quarterly business review.
• Work independently with internal & external stakeholders to develop a best-in-class sourcing procedures and purchasing processes.
• Analyze and monitor the spending by vendors, categories, and countries with particular focus on Indirect Purchasing for A&P / Marketing & Communication, General Services / Logistics & Interior Design / Visual Merchandising, Store maintenance.
• Contribute and proactively participate to the systems around Purchasing (vendor portal and improvements of the current PO / Invoice system).
• Identify the opportunities for cost savings, gain in efficiencies and best practices.
• Define and set up KPIs / Dashboard and relevant reporting documents to monitor performance & efficiencies, projects management and purchasing action plan status.
• Provide key measurement statistics, analysis and reporting on purchasing activities and projects.

School background:

The candidate must have graduated from a business school and/or hold a Master degree in management.
