Skill in the use of a personal computer and software applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, and case management software.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of legal procedures and the court system.

Knowledge of available community/human services resources.

Knowledge of victims rights issues/legislation effecting victims, victim rights, and programs.
