BIOLYTE is the only clinical hydration drink with as many electrolytes as an IV bag. Our founder, Dr. Rollins, wanted to create a product that would help his wife stay hydrated and healthy when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was experiencing severe symptoms of dehydration. He used his experience in the hospital tailoring IV bags to his patients needs, to create BIOLYTE, the first IV in a bottle.


Vice President of Sales - Full Time | BIOLYTE Headquarters - Marietta, GA


We are looking for an experienced, people-focused CPG sales leader to spearhead BIOLYTE’s sales strategy! The focus of this role will be centered on strategy and people leadership to achieve maximum sales results across all selling channels (ie. Traditional, Non-Traditional, Healthcare, etc.) This person’s three primary responsibilities are as follows:


  • Oversee the business development of top-level relationships across all sales channels
  • Develop and align sales strategy with the strategic vision of the company to drive revenue
  • Create and communicate sales goals that are designed to propel BIOLYTE forward


This individual will report to BIOLYTE’s CEO and will lead BIOLYTE’s Sales department.

BIOLYTE achieves 90-100% of its annual sales goals across all channels


Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Strategize, evaluate and execute high ROI programs with key accounts and distributor partners
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for areas and regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Create and communicate sales goals that are designed to propel BIOLYTE forward
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Manage and work with BIOLYTE’s Sales leaders and top-level partnerships to maximize their effort to build brand awareness in the market
  • Drive sales to hit BIOLYTE's sales objectives and remove barriers for the sales team to achieve goals
  • Manage budgets and evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budgets
  • Oversee the business development of top-level relationships across all sales channels
  • Maintain a culture of trust, teamwork, communication, fun and accountability within the sales team
  • Develop and align sales strategy with the strategic vision of the company to drive revenue


Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Chat, Gmail, etc…)
  • Knowledge and experience with softwares such as VIP, Salesforce, Unleashed, Wink Reports highly preferred
  • 5+ years in a senior/director/VP level sales role highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with non-traditional sales channels such as independent pharmacy, healthcare and military highly preferred
  • 7+ years of CPG industry experience required

Compensation


  • Base salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year plus potential bonus opportunities
