Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Vice President of Sales to join our team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales, Distributor, and Wholesale, with 5+ years of experience. As a VP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth targets and drive sales strategies. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with overall company goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with overall company goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales, Distributor, and Wholesale in the CPG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
