JOB PURPOSE
Promotion and sales of the Topcon Vertical Construction/BIM product line in a designated coverage area, focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other related vertical construction contractors.
CORE JOB DUTIES
  • Build new customer relationships, assume primary control of existing customer relationships in order to promote and sell all aspects of the Topcon vertical construction product portfolio.
  • Analyze the local territory, develop a sales plan of growth for the territory, and execute the plan in order to achieve sales revenue objectives.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
  • Previous direct b-2-c sales experience highly recommended.
  • High School and College graduate or equivalent experience in promotion and sales.
  • Professional sales training program experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering, MEP Construction, Vertical Construction/BIM, or general construction industries preferred.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, and highly motivated to reach desired sales targets is required.
  • Previous experience using a sales CRM such as NetSuite, SalesForce, SAP, or others is desirable.
