Vice President Of Sales, Revenue, And Marketing Responsibilities

• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and teamwork
• Maintain a productive, people-centric, and accountable work environment
• Develop, improve, and execute the company's revenue generation objectives
• Focus on revenue generation strategies throughout the organization
• Promote Core Values and Mission Statement in all revenue generation departments
• Oversee daily operations of Revenue Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales

Vice President Of Sales, Revenue, And Marketing Requirements

• Excellent organization, management, admin, and leadership abilities
• Must be in the greater Boston area or willing to relocate to the Boston area
• Superior financial acumen, accountability, and P&L responsibility
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple hospitality operations
• A background that is heavy in Sales with significant Revenue experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing multi-branded hotel revenue streams
• Ability to travel and work remotely
• Proven ability to design and execute company-wide strategic initiatives
