Title: Vice President of Marketing


Location: New York


Company Overview:

My client is an innovative Web3 start-up They are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Marketing to lead their marketing vertical and take their innovative products to the next level.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of product marketers, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to be successful
  • Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product development and messaging
  • Measure and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, using data to continually improve performance
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and have a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency markets
  • Lead the marketing function and develop go-to-market strategies for their products
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with their target audiences
  • Create sales enablement tools that help their sales team close deals more effectively


Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, with experience marketing blockchain products or services
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing product marketing teams
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in B2B SaaS businesses
