Role responsibilities:

Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for leading the global Advance Technology development programs and directing all global and Regional Product Development initiatives (new products, product upgrades & modifications, product design related quality & opportunities, etc.).

You will also own the product development process, engaging cross-functionally on a global scale with development teams in North America, Europe and APAC to create innovative solutions and drive the company forward.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an expert in industrial chillers who is able to utilise their knowledge and experience to lead innovation, align R&D efforts, develop global strategy, and hire and nurture a multiskilled R&D team to deliver on company objectives.

As a global initiative, this is a remote position, which would require occasional travel. You must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in chiller/refrigeration manufacturing. You must also possess the ability to think outside the box, take ownership of product development strategy and the ability to travel globally (30%).
