Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of the travel nurse industry, including an understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor landscape.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• Proven experience as a senior-level leader in recruiting within the travel nurse industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
