Homewatch CareGivers, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Growth and Program Delivery. The Vice President of Growth and Program Delivery will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth plans and programs to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.

- Research and deliver information on third party payer sources including Medicare Advantage.
- Manage a team of growth professionals to execute growth strategies effectively.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities to expand the networks service lines and customer base.
- Oversight of clinical quality and care delivery programs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the network, including identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales effectiveness team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Direct and deliver training initiatives for the network.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Franchisee’s, partners, and industry leaders.
- Knowledge of payor sources and partnership requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, including increasing revenue and customer base.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- 5+ experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships and executing acquisitions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of home care segment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
