Job Summary:
The Vice President of Business and Digital Experience is responsible for driving Spotsurfer’s Digital Experience vision through their ownership of the digital parking management platform, unlocking innovative Digital Experiences through the SPOTSURFER App, and leveraging personalization to deliver a SKI-centric digital experience. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience and proven track record in driving impactful Digital Experience business development strategies leveraging their drive, ambition, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
This role will be instrumental in solution selling a digital platform that delivers to the SKI Resorts, drives skier engagement, and delivers the homeowners financial targets.
What you'll do
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Expand existing account relationship and business
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Achieve quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Be able to present Spotsurfer products, services and offerings effectively
What we're looking for
- Travel required
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Solution sales experience
- Ability to manage and close multi $M deals
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Start-up experience required
- Proven Business/Sales and account experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proven track record working experience in SKI RESORTS
- Education
- Strong executive presence
- Work Experience
- MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred
- Bachelor’s degree. Degree in business preferred;
The expected salary range is $120,000 - $150,00 + annual bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.Ideal candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
