Job Description

Vice President - IT Support

Hybrid - Westwood, MA


Intentsify arms B2B marketing and sales organizations with the buyer intelligence and activation tools required to develop and execute sophisticated revenue-generation strategies. Layering, cross-verifying, and synthesizing numerous data sets, Intentsify’s Intelligence Activation Platform enables revenue-focused teams to accurately identify which accounts to target, understand how best to engage them, and then quickly act on these insights.


The company is experiencing rapid growth, having at least tripled revenue every year since launching in 2018. This quick ascent led to a substantial investment by BV Investment Partners (BV) in December of 2021, enabling Intentsify to accelerate growth through product innovation, strategic executive hires, and headcount expansion across all departments.

Intentsify is hiring a VP – IT Support to assist with the migration from a third-party IT partner to an in-house IT department, act as the primary point of contact for provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting equipment, as well as assisting with network security, SOC2, vendor management and more.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting conference room audio/video, security/badge systems, technology on the desk, user endpoints, and more at the Westwood, MA office.
  • Maintain a meticulous inventory of IT hardware
  • Set up new users, Mac OS, and PC laptops for new hires
  • Create and supplement technical documentation for end users and team members alike
  • Work with vendors to escalate outages, develop quotes, gain approvals, solutions, and consulting services given documented customer needs, policies, and best practices
  • Support a wide range of inbound technical requests for internal employees.
  • Manage enterprise systems including Netsuite, HubSpot, and additional CRMs and technologies.
  • Maintain, and improve compliance initiatives and audits for SOC 2.
  • Hardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support and resolve user requests of our SaaS applications
  • Conduct and document network security compliance assessments based on a variety of standards.
  • Provisioning/deprovisioning (User accounts, group membership, service access, etc.)


Skills:


  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience implementing best security practices for IT infrastructure
  • 5+ years of related IT support experience
  • Experience in a technical support role in a LAN/WAN networked environment including hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, laptops and peripheral equipment
  • Experience with conference room systems; installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a technical organization, start up, or high-growth company.
  • Experience working with and supporting entry level to executive-level individuals.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience/familiarity with SOC2 compliance requirements
  • Experience setting up Mac OS and Windows laptops for new hires
