- Clinical Experience in Behavioral Health and Psychiatry Collaborate with our medical team to understand the unique needs of our employees in these specialized fields, ensuring their well-being and providing appropriate support and resources.
- Proven experience in union labor relations, including negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements.
- Proven experience in workforce development, including designing and implementing training and development programs.
- 4+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health and psychiatry, with a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges in these fields.
- Strong knowledge and experience in benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Experience managing compensation claims and workers' compensation processes.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector, with a demonstrated ability to align HR practices with organizational mission and values.
- Excellent employee relations skills, with a track record of successfully addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Thorough understanding of unemployment and labor relations laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in compensation and payroll administration, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the engineering industry.
