Role:Searching for a full-time HR VP to be deeply engaged in all aspects of human resources and personnel. We have ~ 70 employees and growing quickly and need an experienced HR professional who can manage all internal HR administration, external HR hiring, and be proficient in finances to help with other operational needs of the organization.

Responsibilities: The role is to be responsible for all human resource functions, inclusive of

• Ensure long-term retention and professional development and training for employees
• Oversee our HR portal and the onboarding process
• Search for new candidates online and via recruiting firms
• Coordinate company events for team building and internal ongoing events/ interactions for culture building
• Conduct formal year-end 360 reviews and mid-year partial reviews
• Spend quality time with each member of the organization to ensure proper development and support for every team member
• Monitor and oversee WFH schedules and communications
• Have experience with international hiring on a global basis and visa applications
• Have knowledge and experience with regulated financial services organizations
• Ensure each candidate is properly screened in-house and references checked
• All employee benefits across medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401k, etc.
• Bookkeeping:
• Be the key liaison with third party providers
• Work with the COO, CFO, and General Counsel regarding HR budgets and legal documentation

-Reconcile all corporate card expenses to the actual statements

-Review and process employee expense reports

-Review all accounts payable invoices and issue checks for payments

-Follow all protocols for approvals on expenses and invoices

-Liaise with third party fund administrators, compliance providers, etc.

-Ensure expense allocations by line of business

Reporting:This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
