Overview:
Manna Beverages and Ventures is looking for an experienced Human Resources leader to create and lead a people organization that will support multiple locations across the US, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for building the team, creating the people strategy, and executing against all dimensions of human resources needed for the development and growth of the Manna Beverages business portfolio.The responsibilities include overall people strategy development, talent acquisition, performance management, culture building, mentorship and coaching, employee engagement, learning and development, people analytics, staffing, DEBI, compensation, and employee relations. Manna Beverages will begin operations with approximately 800 associates and is projected to grow to 2,000 over the next three years.
Responsibilities:
·Collaboratively lead the development and execution of HR and people/organization strategies and plans that effectively support the achievement of the overall business outcomes. Conduct needs analyses to identify and establish priorities regarding human resources plans and development activities.
·Understand general business conditions (e.g., social, technological, economic, political, environmental, demographic trends) that affect our industry and workforce. Work with business leaders to action plan for successful navigation of the trends. Partner with business and COEs for creation of HR tools to meet needs now and for the future.
·Coach and educate people leaders and employees on HR plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to ensure knowledge transfer related to talent and organization effectiveness.
·Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trend changes in all aspects of HR. Translate external business trends into internal organization recommendations and potential actions.
·Collaborate with Human Resource teams throughout the organization to identify best practices. Share knowledge and work together to create a mission driven Human Resource function.
·Oversee the design of programs and solutions that proactively address shifts in business strategy and/or the needs and preferences of the evolving workforce.
Experience and Qualifications
University degree or relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business-related fields required.
15+ years of leadership experience in talent management, organizational development, and translating business strategies into practical initiatives, at progressively increasing levels of scope and complexity.
Technical skills:
·Exceptional skill at educating and moving others towards a successful conclusion.
·Strong project management, diagnostic and consulting skills
·Strong, proven presentation skills.
·Ability to think strategically and systematically.
·Coaching skills including the ability to establish trusting and open relationships with employees.
·Working knowledge of formal and informal individual group assessment methods.
·An ability to introduce staff development processes to diverse populations.
