- Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, aligning with CaryRx's vision and objectives for healthcare transformation
- Business Expansion:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, and other business arrangements, ensuring alignment with CaryRx's goals and values
- Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing business development teams
- Proven track record of success in business development within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in forging partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach within the healthcare industry
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and market trends
- Knowledge of digital health solutions and technological advancements shaping the healthcare landscape
