Responsibilities
UX Design Intern

• Some experience in Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
• Preference to candidate that has some examples of work in a portfolio or similar presentation
• A solid grasp of user-centered testing methodologies.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in design courses.
• Choose and employ most effective methods to answer a research question or
• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Take ownership of UX Research projects as assigned.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree a MUST
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Create research plans to solve software or other business problems.
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Problem (e.g., contextual inquiry, card sorting, usability testing protocols).
• Work collaboratively with a lead researcher/designer on UXR projects as assigned
