We were founded in 2006, when experience marketing was just emerging. And, for the past 16 years, we have been at the forefront of the evolution in this industry and pioneered its expansion to physical, hybrid, and digital experiences with over 700 brands and 900 activations.

CREATIVE STRATEGY FALL/WINTER 2023 INTERNSHIP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research trends across all sectors (e.g. latest in photo/digital technology, social media, design, etc.) and keep team abreast of what is going on within the industry
  • Work alongside industry professionals
  • Intern alongside theCreative Strategyteam whose primary role is to develop proposals, generate and secure new business and exciting opportunities for the agency
  • Explore the competitive landscape of competing brands and other major players in the industry
  • Gain firsthand knowledge working cross-functionally in a creative agency setting
  • Participate in awesome, one of a kind virtual experiences
  • Come up with BIG IDEAS
  • Source photos and draft creative copy used in client-facing proposals


We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Immediate availability for at least 3-4 days per week (ideally consecutive)
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
  • Must have clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior level professionals
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • An interest in IVL & IRL event production / experiential marketing
  • Ability to work hands on and assist where needed
  • Relevant work and/or internship experience are a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite a must
  • A desire to meet and achieve goals in a resourceful independent manner
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
