User Research Intern Jobs

Role Summary：

As a User Research Intern at Vocal Beats, you will join our energetic and ambitious Global Strategic Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Global User Research team in developing insight-led UX, User, and Product strategies. We are dedicated to discovering new ideas, methodologies, and best practices to elevate our research practice at Vocal Beats.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and deliver research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including product managers and designers
• Assist in managing research project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs
• Contribute to the analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research data to generate actionable insights
• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, such as interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to support the execution of user research initiatives and projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and user experience design

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with research methodologies, including interview techniques, survey design, and data analysis
• Minimum commitment of 20-30 hours per week for at least 3 months (Please indicate your availability in your application)
• Strong interest in user research, usability testing, and user experience design
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings and insights
• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a field related to human behavior, such as Psychology, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Sociology, or Anthropology
• Proficiency in using research tools and software, such as survey platforms, usability testing software, and data analysis tools

• This internship provides a valuable opportunity for both current students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in user research and contribute to the development of user-centered products. Candidates who have recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field are encouraged to apply, as well as current students who are able to commit to the minimum required timeframe.
