About The Team

Our team designs and delivers end-to-end service experiences for our customers, members, and associates in-store and online. Our goal is to drive connectivity across our ecosystem to ensure our customers and members can move seamlessly between our digital and physical experiences and our associates can deliver great service at scale.

We are responsible for how our app comes to life in our stores along with our auto care, mobile, recurring revenue, and made-to-order experiences. We also design key in-store environments to continually elevate our core shopping experience. The Director, User Experience - Omni Experience will play a strategic role in creating the vision, delivering detailed designs, and stewarding this team's work through to execution.

In this role, you'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team. You will work with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations while championing and stewarding the ideal experience for customers, members, and associates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field and 10+ years of experience in Product Design or related field. 3+ years of experience building and leading high performing teams. 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Minimum Qualifications...

3 years' supervisory experience.
