The Walmart Design team creates experiences and designs the websites, tools, and mobile solutions for millions of customers and associates. As a part of the Product Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation on the world's largest company. As a Product Designer, you'll transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You'll use our Design System to deliver better, more consistent experiences at scale. And you'll influence that System with new components. You'll build on your storytelling skills to present product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the team. You will create experiences that are highly usable before delivering spec-perfect designs.

The Omni Experience team brings our retail and consumer services together for our customers as they interact with us online, in our apps or visiting our stores. This work will allow you to innovate and directly impact the millions of customers we serve every day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 2+ years of experience in product design.
• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is 120,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 4 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
