Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our rapidly growing team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT support and project management, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, client-focused, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidance to multiple clients on a variety of IT issues
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
Stay current with new technologies and industry developments, and make recommendations for improvements to clients
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for clients
Provide training and support to clients on new and existing technologies
Provide an advanced level of support to the internal technical staff as issues are escalated.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT networking and support
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, etc
Experience with networking protocols and technologies
Relevant certifications in IT are a plus!
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell etc.
