- Work with senior strategy team to set-up research projects and help manage intelligence - through Request for Proposal (RFP) all the way to final insight & recommendation presentation
- Develop skills for seamlessly partnering with creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation / production
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data with ability to weave into thoughtful arguments & compelling stories
- Help build, produce and manage all planning projects, materials and workshops
- Support a core agency B2B client full-time, with opportunity to jump in on other brands/projects & new business as they arise.
- Take responsibility for trends analysis & insight discovery across the category, culture, target audiences, etc. – working to proactively share key learnings with clients.
- Build a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools
Communication Skills
- Strong aptitude to ask questions and boil down relevant insights
- Ability to tell a strong story and explain core thought process
- Coherent and clear written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong ability to work both independently & collaboratively with core team members
Client Relationships
- Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with and present to clients (a skill which we will also help you hone & develop)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is$45,000 - $72,450. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
