Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• Telecommuting permitted.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Annual Salary: $145,300 - $152,565
• Defining project approaches and driving application migration activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing MS SharePoint and MS Excel;
• EOE.
• Leveraging knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and implement cloud solutions;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Power BI and MS PowerPoint; and
• Designing internal and external collaterals, including go-to-market strategy decks, roadmaps, business-planning session content, sales presentations, C-level meeting presentations, value propositions, and newsletters, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.
• Working across all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement cloud-based applications, leveraging Agile methodologies for technology and media communications industry clients;
• Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents;
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio;
