Job Description
Troubleshoot Tech | Moorpark, CA
Temp to Hire | 4/10 work schedule (off Fri, Sat & Sun.)
1st Shift 6AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
Pay: $17-$18/hr.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including: Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Windows Operating System environment
  • Prepare analytical graphs and data to help identify root cause for corrective action
  • Involvement with corrective and preventive action program to improve quality
  • Creates testing and programming documents for various boards
  • Uses electrical test equipment, including: oscilloscope, multimeter, AC/DC power supply, and customer supplied test fixtures
  • Interface with all departments on test and quality issues
  • Primarily engage in work requiring the use of discretion and independent judgement with respect to significant engineering and troubleshooting matters.
  • Maintains test sets and equipment
  • Meet strict deadlines for product shipments
  • Execute high level of troubleshooting to component level
  • Performs necessary research to build an understanding of customer boards and components
  • Communicates with customers regarding testing, design and failure issues
  • Reads and interprets schematics to identify design and manufacturing flaws
